PRINT SCREEN PLUS ADDS GREAT FUNCTIONALITY
I love it when something good that I can't do without gets better.
I have been an aficionado of Print Screen Plus since it appeared a
couple of years ago. Now it's been improved and rightly so, because
it has several new features that make it the best bargain software
around for only $19.95.
Download it from www.callforpchelp.com
for a 15-day free trial and play with all its features.
Here are some of the productive tasks it can do for
you. Essentially, it makes optimum use of the usually unused PrtScrn
key. Whatever you have on your the screen will output to your printer
with the touch of that once archaic button. This new version will
now let you lasso any portion of the screen and print it, save it,
send it as an email, or upload it to a Web page.
Think how nice it would be to just capture an image
or a screen and send it off to a co-worker who needs to see what you
see. It's wonderful for having a help desk understand what your problem
is just by looking at it from your viewpoint
I has built in security features, too. If you don't
want others to see what you've created to protect images from plagiarizers,
you can encrypt images before you export them so that only password
holders can view them.
You can also add notes to a captured image. For my Scrabble
playing efforts, I can now capture a Scrabble game on screen and then
jot down definitions for words I don't know for future reference.
It's perfect for writing documentation, too, for software
and print instructions. Capture a screen and import it into the document.
All done with that little Print Screen key and checking appropriate
options available from the program's icon on your task bar or the
option list. Check it out at www.callforpchelp.com.
Let me know how you have used it advantageously.
